  • What is MasterKey?
    MasterKey is a comprehensive digital financial security service that manages the private key generated when using a digital wallet and recovers the private key when the user loses it.
  • What services does MasterKey offer?
    The services provided by MasterKey can be divided into two main services. The first is the management of private keys. The private key generated when using a digital wallet is a combination of 12 words. These words should be written down and kept. MasterKey safely stores these words on a financial cloud server, eliminating the hassle of writing them down. The second is recovery from lost private key. Digital wallet users sometimes lose their private keys while keeping words down. Reissue is possible when the password such as an existing public certificate is lost, but the private key of a digital wallet cannot be reissued. At this time, MasterKey completely restores the stored private key through a simple and safe personal information authentication procedure.
  • How do I download the Master Key app?
    MasterKey can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store after entering the "MasterKey". Users who are using existing MarS must be logged in with the same account to link with the MasterKey service.
  • Where can I sign up for MasterKey?
    For MasterKey, you can sign up for the service by downloading the app after entering the keyword “MasterKey” in the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.Or, if you are a user using an existing MarS or Samsung blockchain wallet, a notification window will pop up when you log in to link with the MasterKey service. If you enter the link, you can easily download the app and sign up for the service.
  • I haven't received the code for verifying my mobile number.
    Did you enter the country code in the cell phone number field? Please enter only the phone number without the country code. If this does not work, please contact us with your master key.
  • What is MasterKey easy login?
    After logging in to the MasterKey service for the first time, you can choose to log in via biometrics. In the case of login through biometrics, it is a login service that allows you to register your fingerprint and you can use your fingerprint instead of your ID and password for future access.
  • Bio authentication is not working on MasterKey.
    When logging in, you must select the Keep me logged in option to use biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint authentication).
  • What if I change my phone number?
    If you change your phone number, you cannot verify for recovery, so please change it after transferring all information.
  • What should I do when I want to change my personal information?
    It is available through TAMS account, an integrated account management service. You can manage information verification, change processing, etc. through the website or TAMS account setting screen in individual services.
  • Can I check how my personal informations is being used?
    Yes you can. Safe handling of users' personal information is one of the most important role for the company. The user's personal information is used only for the purpose and scope agreed by the user for the smooth provision of integrated services. Please refer to the DIGIFINANCE (TrustVerse) TAMS Privacy Policy for details and efforts the Company makes to safely process users' personal information.
  • What should I do if I have verified my identification but the information does not match?
    First, log in to your TAMS account, then enter the personal setting field, change your member information, and double-check your personal information. Member information can be changed in this field. If you have further technical inquiries, please contact us via email or customer service and we will respond as quickly as possible to solve the problem.
  • How do I reset my password?
    First, log in to your TAMS account and enter the personal setting field to change your member information. This section provides services for changes and withdrawal of member information. If you have further inquiries, please contact us by email or customer service.
  • What should I do if I lose my login ID/password?
    If you have forgotten your login ID or password, click “Forgot Password” on the first page, and you can receive the information via the first login email. If you have further inquiries, please contact us by email or customer service.
  • What should I do if I receive the message that the MasterKey is not compatible with the app I am using for the master key?
    If you encounter the problem, please contact us by email or customer service. If we receive the problem, we will respond as soon as possible to fully restore the service within 24 hours.
  • An error occurred while saving the wallet.
    If an error occurred while saving the wallet and it was not saved, please try the saving process again. It may have failed due to polygon chain traffic issues. If you have further inquiries, please contact us by email or customer service.
  • Can under the age of 14 start the Master Key service?
    Members under the age of 14 can use the service, but there are restrictions on signing up for the service. If you are under the age of 14, you can sign up for the integrated service only with the consent of your legal representative (parents, etc.). Please refer to the terms and conditions for details.
  • For children under the age of 14, is the consent of the guardian (parent) necessary?
    Yes, it is. If the user is under the age of 14, they can subscribe to the integrated service only with the consent of their legal representative (parents, etc.).
  • Is MasterKey an officially certified service?
    In recognition of its technology, MasterKey service has obtained two patents related to a system that restores a lost private key, and internationally, we have officially partnered Microsoft Azure to use the official service, which is officially certified domestically and internationally.
  • Is MasterKey security reliable?
    The MasterKey service has a level of security that you can use with confidence. It securely encrypts and manages private keys through collaboration with Polygon, a blockchain technology, and has a security system that makes hacking impossible by storing each private key in the financial cloud used by the governments of each country.
